I am interested in hearing from people and businesses in the community about Walmart's lease application
for a Walmart Supercenter in Kenai, on City-owned property fronting Marathon Road and Kenai Spur Highway.
***On 10/17/06, the Kenai City Council Approved a 6-Month Extension to Wal-Mart's Lease Application***
***On 2/7/07, the City Council will consider Ordinance 2211-2006 to sell 38.2 acres of City-owned land to Walmart***
